In by 10:00 am goes back the same day, when the parts are on hand.
Access to the vehicle outside counter hours — no work happens then, and nobody is on site.
No allowance, no overage, no odometer reading. There is one, so book it when you book the work.
Run five of the same Transit and we stock what they wear through, in our own warehouse.
We record tread depth at every visit and can have replacement tires waiting in our warehouse for your next one.
A clear record of what was done and what the inspection found, in print or online.
A customer portal is in development. Fleet accounts opened now get first access; until it ships, status comes by phone, text or email.
At every visit, choose a printed copy, an emailed PDF or a link to the online report.
On our side, not yours. Exported on request — including the day you leave.
Before and after, where a photograph settles it faster than a description.

What comes back
A reply by phone or email, naming what we would look at first on the vehicles you list. No portal login and no booking system — this form is the whole intake.
No, and we cannot issue commercial vehicle inspection certificates. CVIP work has to go to a licensed facility. We handle the maintenance and repair around it, which is most of what a fleet needs between certificates anyway.
Only when you pay. Until it unlocks, each job is settled when the vehicle is collected; after, the month’s work across every vehicle arrives as one invoice with thirty days on it. Payment terms run the same for every tier, so a two-vehicle account reaches Net 30 on the same conditions a twenty-vehicle account does.
Yes. A vehicle brought into Alberta from another province needs an out-of-province inspection before it can be registered, and we do them. If you are buying rather than transferring, a pre-purchase inspection before the money moves is the cheaper order to do it in.
No. We do not run mobile service or vehicle collection, so vehicles come to the shop. The fleets we work with are based across Central Alberta and drive in — most of them plan a changeover or a service round across a few days that suit their routes.
We assess collision and hail damage, and we replace glass with ADAS calibration. Panel work itself goes elsewhere. We will tell you what we can see on the vehicle and point you toward a body shop that does the dents and paint.
